That still leaves a huge gap to fill to support the families of sick kids.

Try to imagine being a child with a chronic or life-threatening illness – frightened, hurting, questioning. Now try to imagine being a parent – short on answers, long on helplessness and scared beyond words. What both need most are each other. RMHCSCO provides families in crisis a home to everyday moments when life is far from ordinary.

For this reason we are so proud to partner with them to not only raise funds to support the work they do but provide treats for the families and children each week.

On our first visit they shared they stories and symbols of the House with us and from there we created a doughnut for kids (and the young at heart) inspired by the teddy bears all around.

Since 2003, Helping Hands Street Mission has been a place where everyone is welcome.

Each Monday, Wednesday and Friday we provide doughnuts to pair with their community coffee program.

The Food Bank of Waterloo Region is committed to providing emergency food assistance and support throughout the region, ensuring no one is left behind. Working in collaboration with 120+ community programs and agency partners, our goal is to reduce hunger in our region and identify proactive solutions to address poverty and food insecurity.
