We constantly work to pack orders as quickly as possible to serve both our pick-up, walk-up and delivery guests so we ask that you please respect your chosen pick-up time slot and avoid arriving too early.
If you miss your pick-up window or will be late, do not worry. Your order will be here for you to grab when you have a chance later on that day.
Unfortunately, any orders not picked up on the day cannot be refunded.
Delivering Monday through Friday. The cut-off for delivery orders is the day prior at midnight. A minimum order of $21 is required for deliveries. Delivery costs are $5 for orders under $36 and $3 for orders $36 and up.
Our drivers leave the shop beginning at 9:30am each day and make several rounds throughout the city and beyond to drop off. We route our drivers using Circuit and the recipient is sent an automatically generated message with a delivery window to anticipate their drop-off. We must send this notification as per Public Health to alert the recipient that a perishable delivery is soon arriving and is best not left outside. For this reason we cannot leave recipient data out and send surprise orders as doughnuts left out in the elements can degrade quickly or be enjoyed by local wildlife.
Delivery windows are provided to ensure recipients are home and/are aware of drop offs. Our drivers will knock/and or ring but will not stay to ensure someone comes out to collect the items as to practice Contactless Delivery for their own safety and those of our customers. For this reason we cannot be held accountable for items that are not collected by the recipient in a timely fashion and are therefore damaged.
In addition to the above COVID-19 protocols, we will not go in and up to offices, apartments or condos and ask that the recipient meet us in the lobby. We will call or buzz the recipients to come down and meet us. When making deliveries in these types of buildings we strive to get them to the recipient but are sometime unable to do so. If we are unable to deliver the items, they will be returned to the local store for pick-up. Items not picked up are not eligible for a refund.
